Hello, I'm Erkan Çelebi, founder and creative director of Chelebi, an independent fine jewelry studio based in Ankara.

To me, jewelry holds more than beauty. It carries feeling, meaning, and memory. A quiet witness to life’s most meaningful moments — the beginning of a love, a promise kept, a personal celebration. It isn’t designed for trends, but for time itself.

Our Journey

I began my journey in jewelry design in 1998. Over time, that journey turned into a philosophy — and in 2007, I shaped it into a brand: Chelebi.

The Meaning of Chelebi

The name Çelebi has deep cultural roots in Turkish heritage. It reflects qualities such as elegance, grace, and sincere sophistication. To preserve its spirit while making it globally accessible, I chose to write it as Chelebi — a name that honors its origin and is easy to speak across languages.
