Cargo Fee and Delivery Period

Standard delivery with your order is insured and free of charge. CHELEBI does not pay the transfer fees of returned products.

Estimated delivery date will be provided during your shopping. If there is a change in estimated delivery period, you will be notified through our customer representatives by mail, message or telephone.

Estimated delivery period is based on delivery to metropolis. Please give more time for deliveries to distant regions. CHELEBI is not liable for delayed shipments which cargo company carries out in a specific program or addresses during access to distant regions. Please contact us via mail or telephone for a faster delivery option. These options only shortens the aforementioned period compared to standard free delivery period required for processing and manufacturing your order. There is no definite delivery guarantee given. If the payment is made by bank transfer or your payment is not made immediately, estimated delivery period is calculated beginning from the day that payment is taken. CHELEBI does not take any responsibility due to this delay or does not return cargo fee.

Guaranteed Shipment

Your orders are delivered by Yurtiçi kargo. Delivery period may change due to the location of your address. When your package is shipped from our company, a tracking mail will be sent to your e-mail address which you have used during purchase. All our packages are insured during delivery. Please make sure that you will be available to accept the package during delivery. CHELEBI does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is delivered to an officer, CHELEBI has the right to charge the customer for redelivery costs.

If you did not get a tracking number, please check your spam folder. If your do not know your tracking number or delivery status, and the status did not change in website of cargo company, please contact our customer service to follow-up the situation for you. If you experience any problems, CHELEBI will contact cargo company to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Please check your package before accepting the delivery. If your package has been damaged during delivery, do not accept the package and report to the related person.

Delivery address

Deliveries can only be made to home or work place addresses. For deliveries requiring a different address other than the address in the invoice, please make sure that, before your order is processed, this alternative shipment address has been filed by your credit card or financing company without causing any delay.

For your safety, do not change your invoice and delivery address information after placing the order. If it is not possible to reach to the stated address at the specified delivery time, please contact customer service to control delivery hold possibility and postpone it to a later date.

Delivery to distant regions

If your delivery address is in a distant region, please remember that your order can be subject to customs procedure. CHELEBI does not accept any responsibility due to additional costs or any tax or charge that may occur during shipment.
